Is the initial booking fee for repair and general tech support appointments all I have to pay for the service?
It depends. If your service ends up requiring Fixele to purchase any hardware or send your device into their repair shop for a fix, you will be charged an extra fee depending on the circumstances. All additional fees will be made known to the customer before payment is made.

Do I have to book an appointment, or are walk-ins allowed?
Fixele recommends that all customers make an appointment, as it is not guaranteed that you will get immediate service if one is not made.

Do I have to make separate appointments if I am bringing in more than one device at the same time to be fixed?
No, only one appointment is necessary. Customers will, however, be charged again for each extra device they bring in. (As an example, if three devices are brought in, the customer will be charged three appointment fees)
